Capture a two-step payment
POST/payments/{id}/captureCapture an authorized two-step payment, releasing the escrowed funds to your settlement address. Only valid for payments created with payment_method: two_step. Requires a signed request (signCapture() from @exodus/checkout-signer); a compliance screen runs before funds move.
